Kapil Suri of DAHON India Completes the AMF Infinity Ride

570km charity ride from Bangalore to Hyderabad raises funds for para-athletes

From August 12-15th, riding a special edition DAHON Mu SL, Kapil Suri of DAHON India and other DAHON riders took part in an epic journey with over 50 cyclists from the Indian Border Security Force and Aditya Mehta Foundation. The Infinity Ride involves cycling 570Kms over four days, from Bangalore to Hyderabad.

The Aditya Mehta Foundation (AMF) is a non-profit organization which helps people with significant disabilities to pursue their sport of choice and lead a self-sustaining life. Their vision is to see a bright sporting career for people with disabilities. Almost 22.4% of India’s population are people who are disabled in different forms including blindness, speech, hearing and physical impairments, and mental health difficulties. AMF aims to help them reach their full potential in their chosen field of sports and help them have a self-sustaining life.

The Infinity ride is the annual signature ride of AMF, which raises much needed funds to help para athletes. The founder Aditya Mehta himself is a para athlete, and participated in the ride personally along with the other riders. Apart from having the most unique experience of their lives, the participants will each commit to raise a certain amount of money. They are supported amply by AMF to help them generate the funds.
